Originally the Coachman's family home, this is particularly 'ideal' for a young family. There is courtyard parking adjacent and a small fenced garden.
There's a fully fitted dining kitchen with granite worktops, full hob, fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The separate large lounge has comfortable sofas together with CD stereo, multi-channel cable television and DVD player. There is a small selection of books, games and CD's.
There is a ground floor toilet and cloakroom and a utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer).
Upstairs there is a family bathroom, separate toilet and three bedrooms - one en suite double with rolltop bath and separate shower, a second double and a twin.
One double bedroom has a remote control TV and all have clock radio and hairdryer. There's a direct dial telephone and answering machine.
Light and spacious living quarters with cosy bedrooms.
