Situated on the ground/lower ground (due to the sloping nature of Ilkley Moor) it is a light and spacious apartment looking out from the lounge/dining/kitchen onto the terraced gardens.
There's a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, full sized fan oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is situated in a large bay window and the lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchairs together with CD stereo, multi-channel cable television and DVD player. There is a small selection of books, games and CD's.
The family bedroom has a king size and single bed together with remote control TV, clock radio, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and answering machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Washing machine.
