Originally the housekeepers cottage, it is ideal for a family and is dog friendly.
It has parking immediately by the front door and a fenced garden. It has a fully fitted kitchen, ceramic hob, full sized fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There’s a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space and a downstairs toilet with wash basin.
The dining area of this beautiful cottage looks out onto the sunny courtyard. The separate lounge has an open fire, French doors into the garden, leather sofas and a Freesat or Virgin Media multi-channel cable television and radio, free SuperHub wi-fi and USB charging sockets.
The ground floor has an office room with a desk.
Upstairs are three bedrooms – an ensuite double with shower, a single with wash basin and a third small bedroom with a single bed. There is an upstairs family bathroom with bath and shower over.
The main bedroom has a remote control TV.
Note: The former leisure facilities are now closed. This cottage sleeps 4.

Orchard Cottage is currently configured as three bedrooms, sleeping 5 plus an office room downstairs. “Store” is now a utility room for Orchard Cottage with a washing machine, dryer and sink.
