Originally the housekeepers cottage, Orchard is ideal for a young family with it's own children's play den.
There is parking immediately adjacent and a small fenced garden. There's a fully fitted kitchen with Corian worktops, ceramic hob, full sized fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The dining area looks out onto the sunny courtyard. The separate lounge has an open fire (free logs!), French doors into the garden, comfortable sofas together with CD stereo, multi-channel cable television and DVD player. There is a small selection of books, games and CD's.
There is a ground floor children's play den, separate toilet and washing machine/dryer.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom (with bath and shower over) and three bedrooms - an ensuite double with shower, a twin with wash basin and a third bedroom with adult sized bunks.
The main bedroom has a remote control TV and all have clock radio and hairdryer. There's a direct dial telephone and answering machine.
